How do I change my address?
Address changes must be received in writing and cannot be accepted by telephone. Please download and complete the address change form. Mail the signed form to the address below or email the form to divisionorder@circlesenergy.com

Does Circle-S Energy offer direct deposit (Electronic Fund Transfer) of royalty checks?
Yes, please download fill out the direct deposit form and attach a check with "VOID" written across it. Return the completed form to the address provided on the form.
Please note: Choosing Direct Deposit requires use of Paperless Check Detail. No check detail will be mailed to you. However, you can view, print, and download your check detail by going Energylink.
If you are registered with EnergyLink, you should see your check detail statements automatically under your login. If you do not see it in your EnergyLink account or you have never used EnergyLink, you have a few options to view your check detail.
- Go to EnergyLink - https://app.energylink.com and click on 'Sign up' located at the top of the page. You will need your recent payment information to complete registration.
- Contact EnergyLink Support team https://app.energylink.com and click on the 'Contact Us' green bubble in the webpage's lower right-hand section.
What should I do if I don't get my royalty check?
Due to potential postal delays, a check may arrive a few days late. If your check is more than ten business days late, please contact us at 214-696-7768 or revenue@circlesenergy.com so that we can research the issue.
When are royalty checks mailed?
Checks are mailed on or about the 25th of the month. If the 25th falls on a holiday, Circle-S will strive to issue the checks on the preceding business day. If the 25th falls on a Saturday, payments will be mailed on Friday, the 24th. If the 25th is on a Sunday, payments will be mailed on Monday, the 26th.
If I am being paid by direct deposit, when will my payment be deposited into my account?
The check date is the day Circle-S sent the payment to your bank for deposit. It may take up to 2 business days before your bank credits your account. Contact your bank to verify that the funds are available.
I have changed banking accounts and am set up for Direct Deposit. What do I need to do to get my records updated?
Download the "Direct Deposit Enrollment Form". Send the form and a void check to the address on the form. Please note that this is a change to your account.
How do I terminate Direct Deposit?
If you would like to terminate your direct deposit and no longer have your funds directly transferred to your financial institution (bank, credit union, etc.), please notify us in writing and give us a few months for the change to take place. Once processed, your checks and check stub detail will resume.
What is Circle-S Energy's "Minimum Suspense" policy?
Royalty payments may be deferred to a later payment date, until the amount owed reaches a threshold. This threshold is called the "minimum suspense amount". When the amount owed reaches $100.00, the royalty payment is processed. Requests for exceptions to the minimum suspense policy must be submitted in writing.

I would like to add my spouse to my account. How do I do this?
Provide a conveyance document establishing joint tenancy that has been recorded in the county and state where the minerals reside. Advise if you want the interest suspended or continue payment as is until transaction is complete. Mail all correspondence to the address below or email to divisionorder@circlesenergy.com.

How do I notify Circle-S of a change in Trustee?
Provide that portion of the Trust document that determines who is successor Trustee as well as the duties and powers of the Trustee and circumstances leading to replacement of Trustee, and let us know if an address change is also needed. Circle-S does not quote a value. We suggest contacting a petroleum engineering consultant familiar with the area for an evaluation.
